    • (3) Hour rental includes:

      • (30) minute setup

      • (30) minute ceremony

      • (1.5) hour celebration

      • (30) minute tear down

      • ADD ON: Additional celebration hour = $1,000

    • Outdoor oceanfront event deck with covered pergola, surrounding vinyl screens, & overhead heaters

  • Certified & licensed Wedding Planner with full coordination services

    • ADD ON: Chairs for deck ceremony only = $150 flat rate

Beverage Services:

  • Menu options:

    • A variety of house selected alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, spirits, & soft drinks)

    • ADD ON: Coffee & hot tea station = $7 per person

    • Note: Outside beverages are strictly prohibited

  • Staffing: Professional bartenders

  • Payment options:

    • Consumption Based Bar: Client will have one on-going tab to be paid at the conclusion of the event with a required 20% gratuity

    • Pay As You Go: Attendees pay per beverage

  • Note: Special beverage request(s) will be an additional cost & are subject to market pricing & availability

$3,500 deposit is required with the signed contract to secure the date.
