  • Venue equipment (tables, chairs, & high top tables) for up to 100 guests with setup & tear down service

REQUIRED FEES:

  • Professional planning services = $250

    • Note: Price subject to change based on variables

  • Event staffing = $25 per staff member per hour

    • Minimum staffing required: (3) Staff members for (6) hours

    • Note: Event staffing is determined by setup, event day, & tear down hours

  • Sales tax, service charge, & processing fee


ADDITIONAL COSTS:

Beverage Services:

  • Menu: A variety of house selected alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, spirits, & soft drinks)

    • Note: Outside beverages are strictly prohibited

  • Payment options:

    • Consumption Based Bar: Client will have one on-going tab to be paid at the conclusion of the event with a required 20% gratuity

    • Pay As You Go: Attendees pay per beverage

  • Soft drinks = $6 per person

  • Coffee and hot tea station = $7 per person

  • Note: Special beverage request(s) will be an additional cost & are subject to market pricing & availability

Decor:

  • Explore a selection of in-house decor options to elevate & enrich the design of your wedding

Embellishments:

  • White table linens = $20 per

  • Colored table linens = $23 per

  • Fitted high top linens = $10 per

  • White linen napkins = $3 per person

  • Colored linen napkins = $4 per person

  • White china plateware, water glasses, & cutlery = $7 per person

  • Biodegradable disposable plateware = $6 per person

Oceanfront Event Lot = $350 per hour

  • Offering a 5,800 sq. ft event oasis, tailored for larger gatherings seeking additional room. This vast lot serves as a blank canvas, providing you with the freedom to customize & shape the space according to your preferences.

Deposit amount will be the total venue rental fee required with the signed contract to secure the date.

A payment plan will be outlined in the contract. All payments are non-refundable.
